SuiteWorld 2025 — Day 3 recap: conversations, connections and culture

Las Vegas, Day 3 — While day two was packed with keynotes and product updates, day three was all about the people. From inspiring customer stories to insightful partner conversations and an unforgettable night with Mr. Worldwide himself, it was a day that brought the NetSuite community to life.

Built for what’s next

The morning kicked off with the Product Keynote: Built for what’s next. It was exciting to see the continued momentum around AI and how it’s transforming the NetSuite ecosystem. While much of the session focused on core ERP capabilities, there were still plenty of takeaways for NetSuite customers and partners.

One of the highlights was hearing the latest results from the NetSuite Product Pulse survey, which gave a direct look into how customers are using AI today:

  • 56% of NetSuite users are already using AI in day-to-day tasks

  • One of the biggest challenges users face is automating bank reconciliations and creating reports

We also loved the customer story from EAL Green, a not-for-profit using corporate surplus to provide education. By leveraging NetSuite’s new MCP and embedded AI, they were able to sort through 700 trailer loads of products and get the data into their inventory records in real time. As Claudia Freed, President & CEO, put it: “It’s magic.”

NetSuite Next: dynamic, contextual, collaborative

The keynote reinforced NetSuite’s vision for the future — one that’s dynamic, contextual, and collaborative. At the centre of this is Ask Oracle, NetSuite’s embedded AI. Rather than acting as a bolt-on tool, it’s designed to “see, do and decide” within the boundaries you set, creating lasting assets within NetSuite itself. We’re excited to see how this will evolve for NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW), particularly with new infographics capabilities on the roadmap. (More on this in a future post!)

Conversations that matter

Most of our day was spent in meetings with NetSuite teams, partners and customers, deepening relationships and swapping stories. Over lunch, we heard candid reflections from three NetSuite users about their implementation journeys. Each began with challenges, but things turned around when they found a partner who truly understood their business and asked the right questions — not just doing what was asked.

A standout moment came from a panel session where someone shared a simple but powerful communication tip:
“Ask, ask, tell.”
The idea? In any conversation, lead with two questions and follow with one piece of information. A great reminder for all of us to listen more and talk less, no matter the context.

Wrapping up with The Party

Day three finished with a bang.
Pitbull, Mr. Worldwide himself, took the stage at The Party, and the whole room was on its feet. It was an incredible atmosphere, with customers and partners from across ANZ connecting, swapping stories and celebrating together. A true SuiteWorld highlight.

That’s it for day three. Stay tuned for our full SuiteWorld 2025 wrap-up, where we’ll bring together all the key announcements, partner conversations and takeaways for ANZ finance leaders.

At Pivot2, we help organisations across ANZ build the right foundation for that future — connecting NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) and Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) to deliver data-driven insights today, while getting you AI-ready for tomorrow.

If you’re exploring what’s next for your finance team, let’s start the conversation.
