Lesa brings a wealth of experience to the Pivot2 team. With over 15 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant, she has been trusted to deliver digital transformation projects throughout Australia, the US and Canada.
Lesa has the capability to translate your complex financial requirements into technical designs and strategic business solutions. Her background as a Finance Manager for a S&P 500 listed company means she can relate to your business not just the technology.
Lesa excels in process improvement initiatives from the development of your new chart of accounts right through to best practice reporting solutions.
Lesa has managed Oracle cloud implementations across a variety of industries including Mining, Universities, Retail, Utilities, Manufacturing, and Government, this experience provides you with insights as to how to best leverage current process trends within your organisation.

Poh Huat or more fondly referred to as “PH” or “The Wizard” has been involved in the implementation of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management across multiple industries for clients in many countries worldwide including Australia, United States, China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Indonesia since 2004.
PH has led and successfully delivered over 30 planning and reporting projects including cloud and on premise for multi-national companies in industries including financial institutions, telecommunication, pharmaceutical, retail, education, government and utilities.
PH’s wealth of technical experience combined with his MBA qualifications results in a capacity to understand your business, design and efficiently implement a quality business solution.
PH has specific key expertise is in activity-based costing, user driven cost allocations, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and loan and deposit models.
PH is renowned for his ability to review existing solutions and provide optimisation strategies to greatly improve performance and simplify over complicated models. This provides our clients with well designed solutions that can scale with your business.

Lydia has over 10 years’ experience in senior commercial and FP&A roles, Lydia has built on her CPA and Audit foundations to now partner with C suite managers in ASX Top 100 companies.
Lydia adds further expertise to the growing Pivot 2 team, she has been involved in multiple global transformation projects and brings business facing knowledge in the implementation of EPM Planning and FCCS.

Birkan is a certified consultant and manager with 10 years of experience delivering Enterprise Performance Management solutions across multinational organizations operating in diverse sectors.
Birkan has implemented and managed over 20 full life cycle/maintenance projects using Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle PBCS and MicroStrategy tools.
Birkan possesses strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, with a strong focus on exceeding project expectations and meeting tight deadlines.

Rubi has over 9 years of proven record in managing Oracle EPM projects. She has worked in various geographies and cultures including Australia, New Zealand and India. During her professional tenure has been associated with a variety of roles ranging from account management, solution architecture, presales, training and managing onsite/offshore teams.
Rubi has implemented and managed over 20 full lifecycle/maintenance projects. She has delivered under both waterfall and agile methodologies. She is adept at Oracle Hyperion suite of products on premise versions 11x through to Oracle EPM cloud PBCS, EPBCS and EPRCS.

Meeta is a highly competent and results oriented IT professional with close to 8 years’ experience in Software Development, Testing, Reporting and Leading teams in Client facing roles, with strong experience of design and delivery of IT services.
Meeta has developed, communicated and implemented Software Quality Assurance Plans and activities working and delivering under the Agile Methodology guidelines.

Trudi is our lead on all things Sales at Pivot2 Solutions. Bringing diverse and global experience from over two decades in finance and digital transformation. She has worked across media & entertainment, financial services, the public sector, and consulting, giving her a deep understanding of industry challenges and solutions.
Passionate about helping finance teams create better work lives, Trudi combines her finance expertise with a people-first approach. Her love of adventure and learning led her to a degree in the humanities and coaching qualifications, which complement her early education in accounting and information systems. This unique blend makes her the perfect conduit between people, finance, and change.
Trudi excels in motivating and supporting teams, stakeholder management, and communicating across deeply divergent cultures, languages, and levels. With extensive ERP and EPM implementation experience, she understands the realities of project delivery and helps teams navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.
As head of Sales at Pivot2, Trudi partners with businesses in the decision-making process of moving to new solutions. She provides guidance, insight, and support to ensure organizations make informed choices that drive efficiency, transformation, and long-term success.

Shaylee is an experienced System Administration Consultant who specialises in helping clients maximise the value of Oracle NetSuite Planning through tailored training and ongoing support.
With over 10 years of experience across various sectors, Shaylee has worked on implementing and optimising a variety of technology solutions to meet business needs, including ERP, EPM, SAAS products and core IT infrastructure.
With her expertise in business improvement projects, Shaylee collaborates closely with clients at Pivot2 to integrate effective planning within their organisation, using a blend of best practice methodologies and personalised solutions.

Zirka brings a wealth of experience in project and events management, including coordinating complex events for the Olympic Games—a role that demanded precision, adaptability, and exceptional organisational skills. With a background rooted in high-pressure, fast-moving environments, she has developed a strong ability to manage timelines, coordinate diverse teams, and keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish.
Now stepping into the EPM space, Zirka brings that same dedication to structure, clear communication, and attention to detail to the Pivot2 team. Her commitment to delivering projects efficiently and effectively ensures that both internal processes and client engagements stay on track and aligned with expectations. Behind the scenes, she keeps everything running seamlessly, helping the team stay focused while quietly driving success in every phase of delivery.

Luis has over 20 years of experience in the professional services industry developing Enterprise Performance Management solutions, using Oracle Hyperion and SAP BPC technology for different industries like Mining, Manufacturing, Education, Telecommunications, Health and Financial, and worldwide including some countries like, Australia, USA, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia and Costa Rica.
Luis has been implemented and managed over 20 full life cycle/maintenance projects, managing the inception, growth and maintained the project success as well as build long term relationships with the users.
Luis has experience in defining financial models and KPI’s for multiple industries with different technologies. His ability to understand the business and the data platform allows him to recommend the best practice for implement EPM solutions.
Luis has been implemented these projects under the Water Fall and Agile frameworks.

Yifan is a passionate problem solver with over 4 years of experience in the Oracle / NetSuite EPM space and is an Oracle certified Implementation Specialist.
He has a passion in helping and working with clients to leverage their finance and reporting system. Coming from a mathematics background, Yifan enjoys challenges that involve problem solving and working in collaboration with clients to get to simple and effective outcomes.
Yifan has deep experience in leading and building applications across planning and reporting projects across agriculture, automotive, education, energy and manufacturing industries. He is known for providing exceptional support and guidance to all our clients he works alongside.

David loves Planning. Oracle Planning. He has been successfully implementing Oracle Planning and Essbase applications for the past 20 years and is an Oracle certified Implementation Specialist. With his background in mathematics David has a flare for turning complex business processes into simple business solutions.
